🇰🇷 第34屆韓國 Photomedicine 光照醫學年會｜國際交流紀實

本週受邀前往韓國延世大學醫院，參加第 34 屆 Photomedicine Symposium，是一次充滿啟發的國際學術交流旅程。

此次會議由韓國皮膚科學會與延世大學光照醫學中心共同舉辦，聚焦於光療（Phototherapy）、能量型治療裝置（Energy-based Devices）與基礎研究的最新發展。現場集結來自韓國與亞洲多國的皮膚科醫師與學者，進行深入交流與臨床經驗分享。

🟣 代表台灣分享兩項研究主題：

1. 雷射後白斑（Post-laser leukoderma）探討在美容醫學日漸普及的情況下，術後出現白斑的臨床觀察、診斷挑戰與潛在機制。

2. 抗干擾素γ單株抗體 EI-001 在白斑症中的應用進展介紹目前正在進行的實驗與臨床前階段研究，這項治療策略有望為白斑症帶來新的免疫調節選項。

🌿 延世大學醫院參訪印象

本次也參訪了延世大學醫院（Yonsei University Hospital），院區設計融合藝術與自然，設有美術館與開放式綠植中庭，營造出舒適且具療癒感的醫療空間，讓人印象深刻。

It was an honor to participate in the 34th Photomedicine Symposium held at Yonsei University Hospital in Seoul, Korea.

The symposium, organized by the Korean Dermatological Association, brought together experts in phototherapy, energy-based devices, and basic dermatological research across Asia.

🔬 Presentation Highlights from Taiwan:

1. Post-laser Leukoderma – Clinical Challenges and ObservationsAn increasing concern in the aesthetic field, we shared our findings on the diagnosis and pathogenesis of post-laser–induced vitiligo-like hypopigmentation.

2. EI-001: A Novel Anti–IFN-γ Monoclonal Antibody for VitiligoWe presented the preclinical and translational progress of EI-001, a new immunomodulatory strategy being developed for vitiligo treatment.

   
   

🏥 Yonsei University Hospital – A Healing Space

We also visited Yonsei University Hospital, a medical campus beautifully designed with natural light, indoor greenery, and an integrated art gallery, creating a soothing and human-centered healthcare environment. We are truly grateful for the warm hospitality from our Korean colleagues, and we look forward to more academic and clinical collaborations between Taiwan and Korea in the field of dermatology.
